Important Notes
- Only one surcharge applies based on the time of the trip. If a trip falls within the Redeye timeframe (midnight to 5 AM), the Redeye surcharge applies. The Night Owl surcharge also applies during Redeye hours.
- All appointments during June 1 through June 18 should be booked online.
- The cancellation fee is only applicable one hour before the trip during the US Open dates (June 1 - June 18). The cancellation fee does not apply after June 18.
- For long-distance trips to Raleigh, Charlotte, or Newton, cancellations must be made one week before the appointment date. Otherwise, the fee is non-refundable and will be charged.
- Customers' cards will be charged one week in advance for bookings during the US Open dates to ensure availability
